Festival in Augusta – Artist’s Choice Voting & People’s Choice Voting & Theme Paint Judging

Welcome Visitors & Artists: Four (6) competitions will be taking place at the Augusta Harmonie Verein:

1. Theme 1 – What Makes You Happy – Judging at 7:30am
2. Theme 2 – A View of Downtown Washington – Judging at 8:30am
3. Theme 3 – Lakes & Creeks- Juding at 9:30am
4. Artists’ Choice Voting – Round One starting at 11am Ending at 11:45. Round Two starting at 12:15pm Ending at 1pm
5. Peoples’ Choice Voting – In Person starting at 1:30pm to 8pm Online starting at 3:30pm to 10pm

Artist’s Choice judging will be held at The Augusta Harmonie Verein Hall in Augusta at Church St. & Hackman St.  The first round of judging will take place at 11:00 PM – 11:45 PM.  The top paintings will be set aside for a second round of judging starting at 12:15 PM and ending at 1:00 PM.  The Artists’ Choice winner will be announced at the Final Sale on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at 11:30 AM.

The semi-finalist winners from Artists’ Choice will be on display for the Peoples’ Choice live voting at the Harmonie from 1:30 PM until 8:00 PM. Online voting for People’s Choice on Facebook will begin at 1:30 PM and close at 10:00 PM. The Peoples’ Choice winner will be announced at the Final Sale on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at 11:30 AM.

Art will be on display and available for purchase beginning at noon until 6pm.
